Senior Application Engineer

The Senior Application Engineer supports the company’s products and services. The
responsibilities include working with the leadership to design and develop new products and
services.

Key Responsibilities and Essential functions

  • Pre and post sales product and service support
    • Assists in development of new products and services
      • Including Collateral materials
        • Application notes
        • AMarketing materials
        • Data sheets
    • Attends CISPR and IEEE Meetings
    • Visits customers
    • Builds and nurtures relationships with customers
    • Assists in writing proposals to US government customers and its prime contractors
  • Identifies new business opportunities
    • Works closely with strategic partners
  • Assists with generation of advertising, web site graphics, trade show graphics
  • Participates trade show exhibits
    • IEEE EMC Symposia and related events

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Proven applications support experience of RF and EMC instrumentation
  • Strong knowledge of RF and EMC instrumentation market
    • Knowledge of CISPR, Mil Std, and RTCA DO -160 standards
  • Strong marketing thinker
    • Ability to communicate a clear sense of the company’s mission
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skill
    • Able to represent organization as a brand ambassador
    • Speaks clearly and persuasively in both positive and negative situations
    • Demonstrates group presentation skills
  • Identifies problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully

Education, Experience, Citizenship and Other Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, physics or related technology
  • Applicant must be a US Citizen and pass a background check
  • Ability to work hours required to achieve company goals
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in using or developing RF and EMC instrumentation

Annual Compensation Range: $150,0000 to $250,000
